Paul Nicol
Director of AMC, Hadley Group
Paul’s role at Hadley is to direct and lead on all Advanced Methods of Construction (AMC) activities. He was responsible for the creation of HOME’s dedicated production facility where our modular homes are designed, manufactured and assembled. With over 25 years’ of experience in construction and manufacturing, Paul’s skills lie in both project management and delivery management, and he has significant structural and facades expertise. The requirement for the construction industry to change the way houses are built is what drives Paul. He has a passion for delivering modular houses which reduce in-living costs and the impact on the environment, but which also exceed the mandate for time, cost and quality.
Ben Towe
Group Managing Director
Ben Towe started his career at Carillion in 2003 after qualifying as a Mechanical Engineer from Aston University. Joining Hadley Group in January 2006 as a Manufacturing Support Engineer, Ben soon progressed to the role of Director of Hadley Group Technology, joining the Main Board in 2011 and then further progressing to the position of Group Deputy Managing Director in 2014. More recently he has been appointed Group Managing Director where he will continue to drive the company’s growth strategy.
Tim O’Shea
Commercial Manager
As Commercial Manager, Tim’s skills are naturally in identifying and maximising business and investment opportunities. Using his proven success to build strong, trusting and lucrative relationships, he’s always looking for new ways for HOME to partner with like-minded organisations. With a background in social housing, Tim is committed to continuous improvement processes, and has experience in analysing AMC activities to identify opportunities for improvement. He is also a forward thinking individual who thrives when developing strategies to help partners overcome challenges and obstacles.
Chris Handy
Partnership and Strategy Executive
Chris was Group Chief Executive of Accord, a group of housing and care organisation working across the Midlands and the North of England. He is passionate about Advanced Methods of Construction being the way ahead for the construction industry given the present and future challenges it faces around workforce, quality and climate change. His passion for HOME by Hadley stems from the unique high quality cross sector offer which has been engineered for the future. Chris has co-written, with Professor John Alder, Housing Association Law which is in its fifth edition and is part of the Editorial Team for the Journal of Housing Law and is Chair of the Garden City Board and the Smart City Board for the Black Country LEP.
