Who Is Hadley?

Every HOME is built with a strong connection to our heritage, forged over half a century through advanced cold rolled steel technology. This is because HOME is part of the Hadley Group, responsible for innovative applications across sectors as diverse as construction, automotive, industrial and agriculture. It means the same traditional values and philosophies that has driven world class manufacturing and construction for over 50 years also drive us.

We are a sister company of Hadley Steel Framing, world leader in cold rolled section profiles and an internationally renowned in house design, detailing and installation community.

As HOME, our aim is to set the standard once again, this time with Advanced Methods of Construction. We are proud to represent the values of professional and social improvement that firmly establish the Hadley family as world leaders in construction.

Meet The HOME Team

Paul Nicol

Director of AMC, Hadley Group

Paul’s role at Hadley is to direct and lead on all Advanced Methods of Construction (AMC) activities. He was responsible for the creation of HOME’s dedicated production facility where our modular homes are designed, manufactured and assembled. With over 25 years’ of experience in construction and manufacturing, Paul’s skills lie in both project management and delivery management, and he has significant structural and facades expertise. The requirement for the construction industry to change the way houses are built is what drives Paul. He has a passion for delivering modular houses which reduce in-living costs and the impact on the environment, but which also exceed the mandate for time, cost and quality.

Ben Towe

Group Managing Director

Ben Towe started his career at Carillion in 2003 after qualifying as a Mechanical Engineer from Aston University. Joining Hadley Group in January 2006 as a Manufacturing Support Engineer, Ben soon progressed to the role of Director of Hadley Group Technology, joining the Main Board in 2011 and then further progressing to the position of Group Deputy Managing Director in 2014. More recently he has been appointed Group Managing Director where he will continue to drive the company’s growth strategy.

Tim O’Shea

Commercial Manager

As Commercial Manager, Tim’s skills are naturally in identifying and maximising business and investment opportunities. Using his proven success to build strong, trusting and lucrative relationships, he’s always looking for new ways for HOME to partner with like-minded organisations. With a background in social housing, Tim is committed to continuous improvement processes, and has experience in analysing AMC activities to identify opportunities for improvement. He is also a forward thinking individual who thrives when developing strategies to help partners overcome challenges and obstacles.
